Creative Producer, Search Marketing

About the role

This role involves managing the production life-cycle of marketing campaigns, working closely with external agencies and production partners, and translating strategic briefs into actionable production plans. The position requires a strong ability to balance creative vision with practical execution, guiding junior producers to maintain high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production life-cycle, defining workback calendars and bringing structure to complex creative workflows.
• Act as the primary liaison for external agencies and production partners, managing intake, scoping (SOWs), timelines, and budgets.
• Partner with internal Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and creative leads to translate strategic briefs into actionable production plans.
• Guide and mentor junior producers to ensure all deliverables maintain quality standards.
• Combine operational excellence with creative agility, ensuring quality standards are met while adapting to dynamic trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience leading the production of projects from creative brief through launch.

Preferred qualifications

• 8 years of experience leading the production of projects from creative brief through launch.
• Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
• Experience managing external agency relationships, negotiating vendor scopes of work (SOWs), and overseeing project budgets.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners, including creative, product, and brand marketing teams.

Benefits

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $141000 - $206000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
