Accountabilities
- Develop and optimize creative strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Combine creative leadership, performance analysis, and operational execution to ensure continuous improvement of advertising assets.
- Create and maintain a creative knowledge base identifying successful themes, messaging angles, and performance drivers.
- Provide regular reporting on creative portfolio performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Experience combining creative strategy with performance marketing, especially in high-volume creative environments such as e-commerce, gaming, or dating.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered video and image generation tools such as Seedance, Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, HeyGen, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience working with large datasets, dashboards, spreadsheets, and creative performance metrics.
- Excellent creative briefing skills, including the ability to define hypotheses, references, requirements, and clear production guidelines.
- A strong understanding of digital advertising performance and creative optimization principles.
- Professional working proficiency in English, particularly for the US market.
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects is considered a plus.
