About The Role The Creative Operations Lead is the project management backbone for the Design & Media department, which spans Graphic Design, UI/UX, Photography, Videography, and Podcasting. This person owns intake for cross-department requests, manages the ticket queue and project timelines, and is the primary point of contact for stakeholders asking where their request stands. They also run team reporting on throughput, turnaround time, and workload, and keep standups, reviews, and planning meetings on time and productive. This is not a creative role. It is a coordination, process, and communication role that lets the creative team focus on producing great work.
