Performance marketing

Performance marketing is evolving rapidly. The competitive edge now lies in developing AI-native creative systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Turn customer insights, market research, and performance data into creative hypotheses.
  • Use AI to rethink how ideas are generated, validated, and produced.
  • Work closely with Design, User Acquisition, Growth, and Product teams to launch, test, and scale new creative concepts.
  • Evaluate ad performance beyond just click-through rates and cost per acquisition (CPA), generating actionable insights to continuously optimize results.
  • Explore new formats, angles, and narratives.

Who You Are

  • Naturally curious. You analyze great advertising, follow creators, read Reddit threads, and explore new AI tools.
  • System thinker. You focus on the machine that produces ideas rather than individual creatives.
  • Analytical. You understand that great advertising isn’t magic; it’s based on strong consumer insights, great storytelling, and relentless testing.
  • Uses AI as a thinking partner. You see AI not as a tool but as a collaborator in research, writing, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Learns faster than market changes. Your adaptability is your greatest strength.

What You’ll Enjoy at Liven

  • Culture of Curiosity: a place for explorers who embrace the unknown and achieve stellar results even when there’s no playbook.
  • Growth through Impact: your professional development is directly linked to the value you bring to the product and the business.
  • Global Impact: contribute to a product that supports the mental well-being of millions of users worldwide every day.
  • Trust and Ownership: the freedom to act with high responsibility for the outcome.

  • Space for Focus: autonomous offices in Kyiv and Warsaw with amenities like breakfasts, lunches, lounge areas, walking pads, and massage chairs.
  • Sports Community: activities like running clubs, yoga, boxing, rock climbing, and functional training to keep you energized.
  • Medical Insurance and a stable social package.
  • Well-being Program: support for mental health, including contributions to Ukraine's recovery.
  • Still on Day 1: a constant expedition spirit, constantly questioning, testing hypotheses, and adapting to new contexts.
