The Creative Director of Brand Design will lead the design practice at Monigle, shaping immersive brand experiences and collaborating closely with clients to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex business challenges through unexpected visual solutions

- Amplify design excellence and elevate strategic expression
- Bridge creative thinking with tangible client objectives
- Ensure excellence in execution and foster a culture of feedback
- Mentor and guide junior and senior designers
- Partner with clients to listen, clarify needs, and demonstrate how design solves business challenges
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional design experience in a creative team environment
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- A proven track record of leading visual work for national and global-level brands
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage timelines and navigate ambiguity
- A collaborative spirit and a visionary outlook
