Responsibilities
- Own the creative vision for Growth and Product Marketing, focusing on strategic and culturally relevant work
- Lead creative strategies across various channels including paid social and web content
- Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to develop audience-driven creative strategies
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary creative team for optimal output
- Set the creative direction and cultivate a culture of excellence and experimentation
- Develop scalable toolkits and systems for faster movement of high-quality creative work
- Shape AI-enabled creative workflows to improve speed and efficiency without sacrificing quality
Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative roles, including 3-5 in leadership overseeing performance or growth-focused creative
- Deep experience with DTC creative and understanding of building for digital media feeds
- Fluency in full funnel marketing from awareness to conversion
- Proven experience leading teams while engaging in hands-on creative work
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in growth and marketing
- Familiarity and curiosity about AI creative tools and their potential impact on production
