Creative Director - Brand Narrative

For our client, we are seeking a Creative Director - Brand Narrative to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape and elevate the brand story across major launches and campaigns, with a strong emphasis on film-led storytelling and high-impact creative expression. You will partner closely with Brand Design and Writing teams to develop ideas from concept through production, while aligning creative thinking with audience and distribution strategy. The position also calls for building the Brand Narrative function, defining its culture, standards, and creative direction in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $170,400 – $213,000 annually Responsibilities Originate and lead big creative ideas for major launches and campaigns Collaborate closely with Brand Design and Writing teams throughout the creative process Integrate audience and distribution strategies into creative concepts from the start Encourage exploration and rapid prototyping of ideas to refine concepts Identify proactive opportunities for brand engagement before briefs are issued Partner with various departments to prioritize creative investments and present recommendations Define and build the Brand Narrative team, establishing its culture and standards Qualifications Strong creative foundation in art direction, design, or copywriting with a diverse portfolio Deep experience in film-led storytelling from concept to production Proven track record of collaborative work with design and writing teams Strong taste, cultural awareness, and curiosity about products Experience in developing creative talent and shaping team dynamics Excellent communication skills and sound judgment in creative discussions Benefits Equity options and stock options Comprehensive health benefits Flexible work arrangements Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
