About the role
The Creative Director serves as a senior creative leader responsible for defining and advancing the client's end-to-end creative vision across client engagements. They lead creative delivery for priority engagements, build and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams, establish best practices and standards, and help scale creative capabilities across industries and clients.

- Set the strategic direction for integrated brand, campaign, and experience design initiatives.
- Ensure that all creative concepts are compelling and grounded in customer insights, business objectives, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner closely with cross-functional leaders across strategy, media, data, and technology to translate complex business challenges into differentiated, customer-centric experiences.
- Guide work from concept through execution in client engagements.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role, overseeing visual and content for multi-channel campaigns.
- A strong portfolio showing successful campaigns, projects, and strategies with a fun, youthful aesthetic. Script writing for TV spots should be included.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and Workfront (or similar workflow and DAM platforms).
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communications and storytelling skills.
- Strong leadership presence exemplified across all levels working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated experiences in understanding and upholding brand standards and strong understanding of design principles.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility.
- DTC experience is a nice to have.
