About the role
The Creative Director will lead the creative vision and strategy for our brand across all platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of contemporary design trends and a proven track record in managing creative teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Oversee the creative direction of marketing campaigns, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production
- Manage a team of designers, illustrators, and other creatives
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a creative leadership role
- Proven ability to manage and motivate creative teams
- Experience with digital design tools and platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
