About the role

ActAI builds proactive AI-native applications for email, notes, tasks, calendar, aiming to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organizing and workflows with minimal prompting, high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, real-world task completion, reducing hallucinations, and organizing anyone's life to spend time on valuable things. You will shape the visual language of ActAI's product. In AI applications, visual design must do more than look polished. It must help users understand dynamic content, system behavior, reliability signals, and complex AI-driven workflows. This role supports HCI by making the interface clearer, more readable, and easier to trust.

For design roles, we expect candidates to submit a portfolio as part of the application process.
