Creative & Development Producer
About the role
The Producer, Creative & Development is responsible for overseeing the development, planning, production, execution, and delivery of multimedia content, creative campaigns, and digital storytelling initiatives across the Fontainebleau Las Vegas ecosystem. This role serves as a hybrid creative producer and project lead, balancing creative development with operational execution to bring concepts from ideation through final delivery and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, planning, execution, and delivery of multimedia productions, creative campaigns, content initiatives, and digital storytelling projects from concept through final distribution
- Collaborate with creative leadership, Brand Marketing, Social Media, Multimedia, and operational stakeholders to define creative objectives, production requirements, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
- Develop and manage production schedules, shoot timelines, creative workflows, approvals, and delivery calendars while proactively identifying and resolving production challenges
- Review incoming creative and production requests to ensure alignment with project objectives, creative standards, timelines, budgets, and operational feasibility
- Cook up cross-functional collaboration between producers, shooters, editors, social teams, designers, copywriters, talent, agencies, vendors, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Support resource planning and production prioritization across multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring alignment with departmental and business priorities
- Partner closely with creative teams and stakeholders to develop integrated content strategies, production concepts, and platform-specific storytelling approaches
- Manage external production vendors, freelancers, crew members, rental partners, talent, and creative agencies while maintaining strong working relationships and production quality standards
- Aid in developing and managing production budgets, crew needs, equipment requirements, location logistics, and resource allocation across assigned productions
- Support vendor sourcing, production logistics, and partner coordination to ensure projects are executed efficiently and at a world-class level
- Partner with internal operational teams, procurement, and finance departments to support production purchasing, vendor onboarding, scheduling, and project tracking
- Track production timelines, budgets, deliverables, crew schedules, and operational milestones across all assigned projects
- Collaborate closely with creative and multimedia teams to develop and produce video content, social campaigns, branded storytelling, experiential content, and multimedia assets
- Review creative deliverables, edits, scripts, shot lists, production assets, and multimedia content to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
- Provide creative and operational guidance throughout all stages of production, helping teams maintain alignment with creative direction, timelines, and project goals
- Oversee post-production workflows and final content delivery, ensuring multimedia assets are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to platform specifications
- Provide regular project updates, production reports, timelines, and status communication to leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain visibility into all phases of assigned productions, including development, pre-production, production, post-production, approvals, and distribution
- Conduct post-project reviews and production evaluations to identify process improvements, efficiencies, and opportunities to elevate creative execution
- Support the optimization of creative workflows and production operations to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall content quality
- Oversee and provide direction to the Production Coordinator role, ensuring effective communication, scheduling, task management, and day-to-day production support across assigned initiatives
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in creative development, content production, or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Experience in branded content, employer branding, or digital/social-first storytelling; familiarity with current content trends and audience engagement strategies
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts, scripts, and storylines for video or multimedia content
- Experience managing projects from ideation through pre-production and into execution
- Strong storytelling skills with an ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners (creative, production, marketing, brand)
- Solid understanding of production processes and how creative development translates to execution
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concepts and timelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including pitching ideas to stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule to include holidays, nights, and weekends
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position supervises a development coordinator.
