About the role

The Creative Development Associate will play a key part in generating, shaping, and presenting compelling content ideas from concept through pitch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality pitch decks that clearly communicate creative concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners
• Generate, write, and refine original unscripted series ideas across a variety of formats and platforms
• Collaborate with creative teams to package ideas into polished, market-ready presentations
• Ensure all materials are visually cohesive, well-structured, and aligned with brand standards
• Support the development process by researching trends, formats, and talent in the unscripted space
• Create and edit short-form content to help bring concepts to life, including shooting on mobile devices and editing on accessible platforms (e.g., phone or laptop-based tools)
• Provide admin support as needed to the EVP, Unscripted – Studio

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience creating compelling pitch decks and presentation materials
• Strong writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and concepts
• Excellent formatting and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and design
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing short-form video content, particularly using mobile or lightweight production setups
• Passion for unscripted content and a strong understanding of current trends in the space

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $67,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Schedule

Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position.
