Creative Developer
About the role
The US Creative Developer will lead creative build excellence across North American client projects, work with the creative manager to develop new features, and improve development processes for the team. This individual will support the US creative team in ensuring best-in-class creative builds, assist the Product and Sales team in securing new business, and contribute to the development of custom creative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom, dynamic, and interactive advertisement builds, including asset exporting, animation conceptualization, and reformatting.
- Animate HTML5 advertisements based on design files and storyboards provided by clients or internal design teams.
- Develop advertisements for CTV, OLV, YouTube, social, DOOH, and display channels.
- Optimize advertisements to meet specifications regarding KB size and animation loops for agnostic trading requirements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in digital media production or relevant digital experience.
- Preferred degree or bootcamp certification in development.
- Experience in web development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with platforms like Google Web Designer, Sizmek, or Celtra.
- Provides a portfolio demonstrating digital development skills.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and working knowledge in InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Adobe Media Encoder.
- Strong understanding of design, typography, and formatting.
- Ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect HTML5 advertisements.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
- Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Interest in creative digital advertising.
