About the role

At Tactacam, we are a rapidly growing team of tech innovators, trail-blazers, and outdoor enthusiasts working to engineer the outdoors. We are proud to be a market-leading outdoor camera and technology company with over 500,000 active customers worldwide and a constantly expanding product line. Our culture values fresh air as much as fresh ideas — we encourage our team to get outside, use our products, and let the natural world inspire their next breakthrough. We foster an environment of ambitious dreamers where every team member is encouraged to aim higher, dream bigger, and drive innovation forward, offering limitless possibilities for career advancement, personal development, and hands-on impact.

Tactacam is seeking a driven Creative Coordinator to serve as the strategic engine behind our in-house creative team’s operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will own the project intake ecosystem, ensuring our creative talent remains unblocked and focused on producing top-tier work across multiple brands — from initial campaign concepts through final delivery. This role is designed for a meticulous problem-solver who excels in the details others miss and possesses the tenacity to dismantle blockers proactively. You are ambitious about building innovative systems rather than simply maintaining the status quo. Partnering closely with creative teams and marketing stakeholders, your north star is the customer: every project you streamline and every deadline you protect ensures we deliver world-class brand experiences to the outdoor enthusiasts who rely on our products.

Responsibilities

  • Project Intake & Delivery: Own and manage multi-brand creative project intake, ensuring all requests are captured with the comprehensive information required for accurate scoping and scheduling. Monitor delivery timelines, proactively flagging risks and dependencies before they impact production.
  • Platform Mastery (Monday.com): Serve as the in-house platform specialist for Monday.com. Maintain board updates, workflows, and dashboards to maximize visibility. Implement board automations to reduce repetitive manual tasks and enhance real-time project tracking.
  • Digital Asset Management (Bynder): Standardize, curate, and structure digital assets across all brands. Establish consistent filing systems and naming protocols to organize the existing Bynder library. Build brand landing pages and spearhead long-term global asset governance.
  • Workflow Optimization & Auditing: Audit end-to-end workflows from intake to final delivery, ensuring all work is routed seamlessly and adheres to established creative standards. Help document these processes and maintain operational resources for the wider team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively participate in sprint planning and team syncs. Communicate project updates and requirements clearly, resolve workflow questions, and facilitate operational readiness so the creative team has everything they need to execute.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline creative operations. Support special projects, department initiatives, and continuously propose innovative ideas to evolve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: Demonstrated background in creative operations, project management, or production coordination across concurrent multi-brand initiatives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise with project management tools (Monday.com preferred, specifically utilizing dashboards and automations). Familiarity with Digital Asset Management platforms (Bynder preferred) and a commitment to mastering them.
  • Operational Acumen: Exceptional organizational abilities with a continuous-improvement mindset. Capable of navigating shifting priorities without compromising quality, structure, or detail.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A determined, proactive approach to removing roadblocks, clarifying accountability, and advancing cross-functional deliverables before issues arise.
  • Soft Skills: A collaborative, team-first mindset equipped with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between creative execution and marketing strategy.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive Health & Wellness: Includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life insurance and disability protection.
  • Generous Paid Leave: Offers competitive time off and in addition to pregnancy leave, parental and military leave, and unique "Hunting Holidays" for outdoor activities.
  • Financial Planning: Supports future retirement goals through a company-managed 401(k) plan.
  • Outdoor-Centric Culture: Features remote-first flexibility, employee discounts, complimentary camera gear, company-sponsored outdoor trips, and community projects.
  • Recognition & Values: Honors top performance through monthly "TactaValor Awards" that celebrate company values like innovation, tenacity, and customer focus.

Location note: At this time, Tactacam is not accepting applications from candidates based in Alaska (AK), Connecticut (CT), Delaware (DE), Massachusetts (MA), New Mexico (NM), and South Dakota (SD).
