As a Creative Briefing Designer, you will translate abstract brand concepts into structured technical directions and evaluate model outputs. This remote, asynchronous contract role focuses on improving AI's understanding of aesthetics and design principles across web, product, and brand formats.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional design experience across web, UI/UX, brand identity, or generative media.
• Proven track record of creating detailed creative briefs and articulating design feedback through formal critiques or direction.
• Exceptional command of design fundamentals and the ability to explain subjective aesthetic judgments in clear, written English.
