About the role

This role will be responsible for the technical support of the Creative Arts Departments. 20% of the working week (i.e. one day) is assigned for completion of apprenticeship coursework and study.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the Creative Arts Departments
• Support the implementation of new technologies and equipment
• Assist in maintaining the technical infrastructure of the department

Requirements

• Passes Level 2 in Art and Design or equivalent
• Experience with audio and video production tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Level 2 in Art and Design or equivalent

• Technical proficiency with audio and video production tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
