Key Responsibilities
- Internal Workflow Coordination: Keep creative projects moving efficiently from kickoff to completion. Engage and collaborate with internal team members across Creative, Production, and Project Management.
- Timeline & Budget Tracking: Monitor tight campaign timelines and budget details to ensure deliverables are met on time and projects track healthily against financial targets.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date internal and external-facing tracking documents, including production trackers and status reports.
- Team Support: Assist the broader Account Management team on various projects and adjust support across different client accounts as operational needs evolve.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven background in account management, project coordination, or traffic management within a creative, marketing, or advertising environment.
- Project Tracking: Experience maintaining detailed production trackers and status reports.
- Communication: Exceptional internal communication skills to seamlessly bridge gaps between creative and production teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage tight deadlines and pivot between different project tasks as determined by the account leadership.
- Must have Agency Experience
