About the role
The Oppia team works to create effective, enjoyable online lessons at scale that can reach millions of people. We focus on reducing the equity gap in access to education by providing free and effective basic math and science lessons on cheap Android devices to learners in underserved communities.
Responsibilities
- Draft science curricula for young learners.
- Write lessons using Oppia tools.
- Teach a science topic, introducing key concepts in a real-world context.
- Create questions that progressively increase in difficulty, helping learners test their skills and understanding.
- Implement interactive lessons on the Oppia platform and refine them based on learner feedback.
