About the role

The Arts Now program is a statewide network of arts education advocates. Participants engage in professional development and local arts education coalition building to increase public funding for, access to, and participation in arts education for all young people.

Responsibilities

• Engage in professional development opportunities focused on arts education advocacy.
• Build and strengthen local arts education coalitions.
• Advocate for increased public funding and access to arts education.
• Collaborate with other Arts Now participants to amplify collective impact.

Requirements

• Strong commitment to advancing arts education equity and access.
• Experience in arts education advocacy or related field.
• Willingness to commit to a three-year program.

Qualifications

• Passionate about arts education and its role in community development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
