About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Arts Director and Creative Arts Instructors to develop, oversee, and implement our music, dance, and performance programs for children ages 8–12. These roles focus on fostering creativity, safety, and skill-building in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Creative Arts Director

• Develop and implement a complete Creative Arts Program, including theme-based, meaningful projects
• Create a free and safe space for children to create and succeed
• Teach participants new techniques and foster an appreciation of music and dance
• Organize and maintain the creative arts facility and equipment, including safety checks
• Train and supervise all instructors
• Maintain equipment and inspect premises regularly
• Prepare the creative arts building and supplies for weekly programming
• Complete a post-summer written report detailing inventory, purchase recommendations, and replacement needs

Creative Arts Instructor

• Assist in implementing and overseeing the creative arts program
• Create a free and safe space for children to create and succeed
• Help teach participants new techniques and foster an appreciation of music and dance
• Organize and maintain the creative arts facility and equipment, including safety checks
• Maintain music equipment and inspect facilities regularly
• Prepare the building and supplies for weekly programming
