Job Summary
This position supervises evening store closing functions; including stocking grocery and produce shelves, overseeing grocery operations and training grocery employees. Overseeing Restaurant operations and training grill and ice cream employees. Customer service and general cleaning.
What You'll Do In This Position
- Product stocking
- Verify store organization and refill products
- Assure product quality through product rotation (FIFO)
- Supervise student crew to stock shelves
- Training and mentoring student employees
- Verify and enforce safety training requirements
- Implement daily training follow-up as needed
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to employees to encourage improvement
- Evening Grill
- Close grill equipment for the day
- Oversee dinner crew
- Verify equipment cleanliness and functionality
- Product quality and customer relations
- Ensure customer service and trust
- Verify quality/temperature standards
- Inventory control
- Office functions
- Ordering products
- Cash register final money count and nightly of balanced funds
Required
- 1 Year of Experience in a Retail/Restaurant Environment
- A physical exam and lift test will be conducted as a part of the hiring process for this position.
- Periodic exposure to unfavorable conditions because of unavoidable need to be in variable temperatures or wet environments, etc.
- Moderate existing or potential hazards such as exposure to extreme temperatures in grill and freezer areas as well as dock and warehouse areas.
Preferred
- 2-3 Years of Experience in the Food Industry

Pay Level
Pay Level: 48
Typical Starting Pay: $20.50 - $26.50 per hour, $42,500 to $55,000 per year (depending on experience)
