CRB Treasury Management Specialist

About the role

The Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for the identification and execution of cross‑sales across an existing Business Banking Treasury Management portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Compile data for TM Sales Advisors, complete relationship reviews, and perform pro‑forma pricing analyses while handling client sales needs.
• May have direct responsibility for a portion of an Advisor’s portfolio.
• Conduct direct sales via telephone and participate in individual or joint calls with advisors and/or relationship partners.
• Travel minimally, as required.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through identified sales opportunities.
• Independently manage workflow and role expectations with little oversight.
• Proactively manage portfolio risk and pricing activities.
• Execute and accurately complete special projects by expected deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience of five (5) years in banking and/or Treasury in lieu of a degree.
• At least 1 year of Treasury Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of Treasury Management experience.
• One or more years of Commercial Banking experience.
• Sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goal expectations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce software.

This position is based in an office environment. Certain roles may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement that combines in‑office and remote work, allowing teams to deepen connections while maintaining productivity. Specific work arrangements will be determined by the hiring team.

Exempt Status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay).
