Crating Clerk

Location: Rogers, MN | Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Full‑Time, Overtime Available | Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour DOE

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Crating Foreman regarding daily priorities, production schedules, and shipping deadlines.
• Construct shipping crates using tools such as miter saws, drills, impact drivers, staplers, and other shop equipment.
• Package finished products to ensure damage‑free transportation and delivery.
• Complete packing slips and shipping documentation accurately.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the crating and packaging process.
• Adapt to changing priorities and workload demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable in a changing production environment.
• Experience operating a miter saw, drill, cordless impact driver, and other common shop tools.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Team‑oriented with a positive attitude.
