Responsibilities

• Assemble wooden crates using pneumatic nail guns, drills, and/or impact drivers.
• Ensure crates are built to the highest quality by adhering to established procedures and approved processes.
• Work with the highest level of safety.
• Fulfill production orders on time to meet product delivery times.
• Use scanners and computers to communicate production order status.
• Provide feedback for process improvement opportunities that enhance safety, productivity, or efficiency.
• Maintain and improve area cleanliness to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Flex into other work areas as needed.
• Work overtime when required.

Requirements

• High attention to detail.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Essential Physical Functions

• Safely lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Safely climb stairs or ladders.
• Work in cold or hot conditions.
• Bend, stoop, squat, and kneel as required.

Equipment Used

The candidate may be required to use a variety of hand tools, including saws, drills, impact drivers, pneumatic air guns, and tape measures.
