About the role

We are seeking highly motivated professional Carpenters with skills in multiple trades for a W2 position that offers the flexibility of independent work. We handle job scheduling while you provide the quality craftsmanship and customer service our clients expect. This role offers consistent year-round work, performance bonuses, and advancement opportunities.

Pay

Potential income ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, with additional performance bonuses where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects for residential and commercial clients
• Deliver high-quality craftsmanship in carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, and light plumbing/electrical work
• Provide excellent customer service, including clear communication and positive interactions with clients, team members, and management
• Manage job sites independently, suggesting additional work to improve safety and property value
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems efficiently

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and professional appearance
• Broad knowledge of multiple trades, including carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, and light plumbing/electrical
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Own a standard set of tools to perform all required trades
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Residence within 15 miles of St. Pete
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Carpenter or Craftsman
• Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience (strongly preferred)
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
