Responsibilities

• Perform handyman, repair, and remodeling tasks with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Assess properties and identify additional repair or improvement opportunities to present to customers.
• Maintain a clean-cut appearance and organized tools.
• Demonstrate punctuality, efficiency, and integrity while striving for top customer satisfaction.
• Exceed customer expectations and contribute as an integral part of a winning team.

Requirements

• Good overall knowledge of multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Strong communication skills and a presentable appearance.
• Decent-looking vehicle and organized tools.
• Punctuality, efficiency, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$25.00 per hour, with competitive wages, incentives, and growth opportunities.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (no weekend work).
