About the role

Ace Handyman Services - Buford is seeking highly motivated professional Carpenters with skills in multiple trades. We provide quality craftsmanship and customer service for repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle business aspects as a Franchise Owner
• Focus on the scope of work at-hand
• Operate out of your home on a full-time or part-time basis
• Travel to job sites in Johns Creek and nearby areas using your own vehicle
• Work on a time & materials basis over the phone for most projects
• Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service
• Manage your own schedule and earnings
• Receive performance bonuses and vehicle/tool allowance

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and professional appearance/demeanor
• Good overall knowledge of all trades including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, and light Plumbing and Electrical
• Excellent customer service skills, including communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to interact positively with various clients and colleagues
• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman
• Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience (preferred)
• Own standard set of tools for all trades
• Current and valid driver's license
• Residence within 15 miles of the city of Insert Municipality here
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Pass a background check and drug screen

Pay

Your potential income can range from $45,000 to $68,000 per year, and we also provide performance bonuses.
