About the role

As a Craft Recruiter on the SR400 Project, you will play a crucial role in delivering this transformative $4.6 billion infrastructure initiative. The SR400 Express Lanes Project enhances mobility along Georgia's busiest corridor through the addition of two 16-mile express lanes from Sandy Springs MARTA Station to McFarland. Construction is set to begin in late 2025, with substantial completion anticipated in 2031.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business to identify talent needs and source top talent for business objectives.
• Source candidates for current and future opportunities using various tools, networks and methodologies.
• Prescreen candidate resumes to identify top talent for the identified business needs and submit recommendations to hiring management team for their consideration.
• Own the full candidate experience from first contact to offer letter acceptance.
• Oversee interview scheduling, hiring manager feedback, offer letter creation and verbal offer discussions.
• Support Human Resources with pre-employment testing and first day preparation, as needed.
• Communicate clear expectations to all candidates and business leaders regarding Company process, approvals, and timeline.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and business leaders to ensure all parties understand the status of each posting in a timely and compliant manner.
• Support coordination and preparation of recruiting events, as needed.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with social media, marketing, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in Craft Recruiting experience is required.
• Demonstrated high volume craft recruiting experience is required.
• Prior exposure to the heavy civil construction industry is preferred.
• Experience leading a craft hiring program in the local market is preferred.
• Able to develop and maintain business relationships.
• Takes initiative to learn Company industry, competitors and innovative talent attraction strategies.
• Exceptional verbal, written and personal communication skills.
• Takes personal ownership and initiative with assigned tasks.
• Tech-savvy and interested in learning business collaboration tools, including web-based data and live streaming systems.
• Knowledge of OFFCP compliance requirements.

Pay

Salary range: USD $70,000.00/Yr. to USD $95,000.00/Yr.
