• Strong CS fundamentals, full-stack capability, AI-native thinking, and startup conviction.

• Part-time: $1,500-$3,000/month for a 25-hour weekly commitment.
• Full-time: competitive salary depending on experience, plus stock options on conversion.
• Performance bonuses tied to shipping and business outcomes.
• Direct access to Theo (CTO, Imperial College) in SF and build together daily.
