About the role

This role is designed as 'Onsite' with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Responsibilities

  • Develops organization-wide architectures and methodologies for the design and implementation of processes and tools to provide sales forecasting, analytics and metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support across multiple platforms and organizations within the Global Business Unit.
  • Consults with senior and executive business leaders to identify relevant analytics, standards and metrics for the assigned areas.
  • Develops overall sales operations framework, including forecasts and budgets, to meet resource and sales client needs.
  • Identifies and evaluates new technologies, process innovations, and partner relationships for alignment with strategy roadmap and business value.
  • Creates plans for integration and update into sales operations architecture.
  • Leverages recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence and guide decisions of executive business leadership, sales partners and customers.
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing business processes and solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Information Systems Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science).
  • Experience designing end-to-end processes that scale, particularly with respect to order management and installed base management.
  • Extensive knowledge of business applications to support quote-to-invoice processes - Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ and SAP ERP.
  • Comfortable with SaaS productivity tools such as GSuite, JIRA, SmartSheet, Visio, Slack, etc.
  • Experience with EDI and business applications integration tools is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Understanding of Project management principles and concepts.
  • Knowledge and skills in extensive experience designing and developing business-wide sales operations support systems and solutions.
  • Extensive expertise in business and sales operations processes and their application to business-wide systems.
  • Evaluating, selecting, and creating forms of forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and activities.
  • History of innovation with examples of developing new technologies and practices for quality systems.
  • Mastery in English and local language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate sales operations architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels.

Pay

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.

– United States of America: Annual Salary USD 120,000 - 228,000 in Massachusetts // 120,000 - 243,000 in California

The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
