About the Role
Intermountain Centers is one of the largest statewide behavioral health and integrated care organizations in Arizona. The Site Director is responsible for directing the operations of the assigned site(s), ensuring that regulatory standards and administrative policies and procedures are followed. The Site Director acts as a liaison to various agencies and stakeholders, supervises professional, technical, and clerical staff, and performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support, leadership, and oversight for the site.
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with various officials and professional workers.
- Serves as the central point of contact for program services; provides positive public relations for all programs.
- Works collaboratively with Human Resources to hire, develop, retain, evaluate, discipline, and discharge program staff.
- Consults with supervisor and/or Human Resources regarding legal issues, serious programmatic issues, and critical events.
- Provides administrative supervision of assigned supervisory and support staff; fills in for supervisors as needed and is on-call for program emergencies.
- Participates in annual budget preparation and ensures the site’s adherence to budget parameters.
- Follows agency purchasing and accounting procedures.
- Ensures program staff receive annual and in-service training, and ongoing coaching.
- Participates in Management Team meetings, conferences, and other agency-related meetings.
- Conducts regular staff meetings for site staff.
- Ensures cleanliness and safety standards for the site are met and maintains the appearance of the site and vehicles.
- Ensures member files are maintained in accordance with organizational and contractual standards.
- Ensures program data is collected through established protocols to document outcome measures.
- Supports the organization’s mission, goals, and management decisions; promotes an empirical behavioral model in program services.
- Maintains an approved schedule and acceptable level of attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned or necessary.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of management experience in outpatient administrative supervision.
- Licensure: Behavioral Health licensure preferred but not required.
- Regulatory:
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Arizona Driver’s License, 39-month Motor Vehicle Report, and proof of vehicle registration and liability insurance.
- Must provide own, reliable transportation if required.
- Must possess Level 1 fingerprint clearance.
- CPR and First Aid certification if required (provided by employer).
- Initial current negative TB test result if required (provided by employer).
- Language: Comprehension of the English language verbally and in writing; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
- Technology: Computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to use Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Physical Demands
- Sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office, school, or community setting.
- Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods; occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight.
- Ability to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination, including computer keyboards.
- Ability to provide services in homes or locations in the community that may not be adapted for accessibility.
- Ability to drive a vehicle.
- Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
- Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
