CPH - Provider Engagement

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a CPH - Provider Engagement to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own the strategy and performance of a complex provider portfolio, with a strong focus on provider success, value-based care, and operational execution. The position partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to strengthen provider performance through data-driven insights and workflow transformation. It will also help shape regional best practices, improve the consistency of provider experiences, and support coordinated cross-functional collaboration across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and performance of a complex provider portfolio
• Advise clinical and operational leaders on value-based care
• Lead clinical workflow transformation and change management
• Drive measurable provider performance with actionable insights
• Shape a regional provider-success strategy and best practices
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to team standards and resources
• Collaborate across the organization for coordinated provider experiences

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in provider success or healthcare account management
• Experience managing complex provider relationships
• Knowledge of value-based care, Medicare Advantage, or population health
• Ability to translate clinical and operational data into executive-level insights
• Strong program and project leadership capabilities
• Experience advising healthcare leaders and influencing diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with primary care organization operations and demands

Pay

$146,200 – $170,000 annually
