Responsibilities

  • Track workforce training and development.
  • Maintain the training tracking system, analyze training needs and schedule training.
  • Track and report on acquisition certification status.
  • Post, track, correct, and update the Human Resources SharePoint site.
  • Maintain awards program data and operations such as:
    • Posting announcements.
    • Proofing and verifying nominations meet requirements.
    • Proofing packages are complete and meet suspense deadlines.
  • Conduct database management of HR personnel sites; handles Personally Identifiable Information (PII) information.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, documents and PowerPoint presentations for recurring submissions to higher headquarters.
  • Maintains logs, records, archives and/or working files.
  • Staff correspondence, prepare reports and arrange meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and five (5) years of experience in Business with at least one (1) year of human resources (HR) experience.
  • Can be substituted with an Associate’s Degree with five (5) years of experience specializing in HR.
