Responsibilities

  • A+ Player: Elite at what they do. Extremely hard worker. Gritty. Gets things done. Internal need to succeed.
  • Dislikes working with B and C players.
  • Does not need to be told twice what to do.
  • Foxhole Team Member: Has a servant's heart and a purpose bigger than themselves. Will help a team member fix a flat on the side of the road at 6am. Goes above and beyond to provide a "White Glove Service" to our clients.

  • Experience using tax software.
  • Keep current on tax code updates and clearly communicate changes.
  • Commitment to a long-term role and ownership of tax-related processes.
  • Collaborate with advisors to design and implement tax strategies.
  • Educate clients on filing requirements, deductions, and liabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with current tax legislation.
  • Coordinate with outside CPAs or attorneys when necessary.
  • Help enhance internal tax workflows and documentation.
  • Provide support to clients during IRS audits or tax reviews.

Requirements

  • Have in-depth understanding of state and federal tax codes.
  • File timely and accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
