About the role

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns.
• Assume responsibility for all phases of an assignment from planning to delivery of the financial statements and tax returns for small and medium sized engagements.
• Identify issues with clients’ processes and controls, make recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain quality client relationships.

Requirements

• Licensed CPA with significant public accounting experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication—capable of translating complex financial data for a broad range of clients.
• Prior experience supervising or managing teams.
• A strong client service mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Farm tax experience is a plus, but not required.
• Audit experience is a plus, but not required.
