Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting: Preparing and analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Tax Knowledge: Navigating changing tax laws, planning strategies, and filing accurate returns.
• Auditing and Compliance: Inspecting financial records, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Software and Data: Using advanced spreadsheets, enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools, and data analytics software.

Qualifications

Essential technical skills include mastery of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), advanced tax preparation, auditing, and financial reporting. Critical soft skills include sharp analytical thinking, clear communication, and high ethical standards.
