Responsibilities: Organize and update financial records as needed (digital and physical)Analyze transactions and prepare reportsParticipate in payroll including tracking, entering, and allocating employee hoursPerform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investmentsForecast revenue and analyze profit marginsOversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivableParticipate in budgeting processesBrief senior managers regularly on the company’s financial statusReports monthly, annually (BS, PL, CF), analysis as requestedLiaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returnsRegularly brief management on the company’s financial position and recommend solutions to improve results. Develop and implement effective accounting policies and processesEnsure you remain up-to-date on industry changes and changes in regulations. Respond to tax and accounting-related issues. Monitor bookkeeping activities regularlyKeep company financial information confidential Requirements: BSc degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA certificationProven work experience as a CPA or Senior AccountantA minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a certified accountant.
