About Barton Manor School

Barton Manor School is a non-selective 11-18 school located in Canterbury, a 5 minute walk from Barton Court Grammar School. The School is in its fourth year of opening, with students in Y7, Y8, Y9 and Y10 only, and when full it will have a shared Sixth Form provision with Barton Court Grammar School providing a wide-range of vocational and academic courses. We have a vision and a determination to provide our community with an excellent school and we are making great strides towards this. About the role

The Trustees are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and qualified Cover Supervisor to start as soon as possible. This post involves supervising lessons for absent teachers as well as being involved within the enrichment activities within the school such as cultural capital days, extra-curricular clubs and trips and visits. Candidates should be committed to the value and purpose of education and the role may suit an individual with an interest in teaching as a long-term career.
