Requires 3PM-11PM availability Monday-Thursday and 12P-8PM availability Friday-Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and teammate with a winning smile and friendly energy, making every moment memorable.
• Manage keys and valet tickets with organization and precision.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all rules and ensuring vehicle security.
• Provide exceptional guest service: assist with luggage, shuttle guests in oversized rides, direct traffic, and answer phones courteously.
• Maintain a clean and orderly curbside operation, delivering high-quality service and adapting to daily challenges.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (MVR); ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining composure.
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and commitment to company policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
