About the role

Responsibilities
- Keep every room and public space in tip-top shape, meeting company standards.
- Lead, train, and schedule the engineering team, inspiring top performance.
- Conduct fire safety inspections and drills to ensure everyone’s safety.
- Respond to maintenance requests and enhance guest service scores.
- Patrol the grounds, manage debris, handle “Lost and Found,” and maintain the property’s appearance.
- Access sensitive areas and represent the company with trust and sound judgment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of hotel or related experience, or a 2-year degree with 3+ years of experience, or a 4-year degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Current certifications as required (e.g., HVAC, pool, electrical).
- Licensed to operate/repair boilers and chillers per local laws.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in financial and arithmetic tasks.
