The Courtyard Charleston Historic District is a newly renovated hotel located in the heart of Charleston’s Historic District, adjacent to Marion Square and the Gaillard Center. It offers over 7,800 square feet of meeting space, beautiful outdoor function space reminiscent of a Charleston garden, and is renowned for its historic charm, coastal lifestyle, and culinary talent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe.
• Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files while keeping safety top of mind.
• Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus. 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Previous hotel experience required.
