As a Courtesy Driver, you'll play an important role in helping our customers stay on schedule while their vehicles are being serviced. Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Offer customers transportation to and from their destination, providing them a way to contact you if needed for pick-up.
• Drive cautiously and safely staying within the laws of the road.
• Ensure the customer's experience while being transported is professional, stress-free, and timely.
• Drive customer's vehicles in a way that shows respect for their property.
• Drive safely and with caution.
• Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean and fueled.
• Fuel the shuttle vehicle in the afternoon so it will be ready during the rush in the morning.
• Ensure that shuttle vehicle has regular maintenance.
• Maintain clean and organized work area including the shuttle vehicle.
• Assist Service Advisors as needed.
• Assist in job duties of Service Porter whenever possible, in his/her absence.
• Maintain a valid local area driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Immediately inform management of any changes in status.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Sense of urgency
• Excellent communication
• Typing – ability to type efficiently to enter accurate information into tracking system
• Mathematics – ability to solve basic math calculations
• Basic computer skills
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Pay

Pay: $14 - $17 per hour based on experience. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
