Courtesy Driver - Full-Time & Part-Time DeVoe Cadillac is hiring friendly, dependable Courtesy Drivers to join our team! As a Courtesy Driver, you’ll play an important role in providing the exceptional customer experience DeVoe Cadillac is known for. You’ll provide safe and courteous transportation for our customers, assist with our Complimentary Pickup & Delivery Service, and help ensure every interaction with our Service Department is professional, convenient, and welcoming. Full-time and part-time positions are available. DeVoe Automotive Group has been family-owned and operated in Naples since 1968. For more than 50 years, we’ve built our business by taking care of our customers, supporting our community, and investing in the people who work here.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous transportation for customers to and from the dealership
• Pick up and return customer vehicles through our Complimentary Pickup & Delivery Service
• Treat customer vehicles with care and respect
• Provide a friendly, professional experience during every customer interaction
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor as a representative of DeVoe Cadillac
• Help ensure courtesy vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customers
• Work closely with our Service team to keep transportation needs running smoothly and on schedule

Requirements

• A safe, confident driver comfortable operating a variety of vehicles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Valid driver’s license with a spotless driving record
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, and drug screening
