COURT SPORTS (RACQUET SPORTS) DIRECTOR

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of tennis and pickleball facilities
• Develop and manage clinics, lessons, leagues, and tournaments
• Provide instruction and support for players of all skill levels
• Court scheduling, maintenance needs, and programming
• Recruit, train, and supervise court sports staff and assistants
• Build an engaging calendar of events to grow participation and membership
