Court Interpreter

About the Position

The Superior Court of Los Angeles County is seeking dynamic, well-qualified, and highly-motivated individuals to fill full-time (A-Status), part-time (C-Status), and hourly as needed (F-Status) Court Interpreter positions. Under supervision, Court Interpreters perform a wide variety of language interpretation activities on an assigned and as-needed basis for Los Angeles Superior Court and for persons doing business with the courts.

Selection Requirements

• Certified as a Court Interpreter in a designated language in Los Angeles County by the Judicial Council of California.
• Registered as a Court Interpreter in a non-designated language in Los Angeles County by the Judicial Council of California.
