What You’ll Do: • Promote courses and programs through digital marketing and social media. • Conduct structured phone or video conversations to understand prospective customers’ interests and goals. • Provide course information and explain the purchasing process clearly. • Follow up on enquiries and maintain accurate contact records. • Participate in online training and apply established marketing and sales processes. • Organise your daily activity and work towards agreed goals. Requirements • A minimum of 8 years’ professional work experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in sales, customer service, education, consulting or relationship management. • Confidence speaking with new people and following up professionally. • An interest in personal development and ongoing learning. • The ability to work independently, manage your time and take responsibility for results. • A reliable computer, internet connection and suitable workspace. • Willingness to learn digital marketing tools and follow structured processes. • An understanding that earnings are performance-based.
