We are seeking a dedicated Carpentry & Joinery Course Leader to join our dynamic team and lead our construction training programmes. This role involves influencing the lives of our students through various Carpentry and Joinery programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead educational journeys for students, equipping them with skills and knowledge for success in the construction industry.
• Influence and motivate students, fostering a passion for Carpentry and a commitment to excellence.
• Adapt to different learning levels and styles within a diverse student body.
• Manage a team of staff to ensure high-quality contributions to the College's standards.

Requirements

• Industry experience in Carpentry & Joinery.
• Able to work flexibly to meet the needs of various learners.
