What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction (decks, patios, outdoor structures, framing, or similar).
- 2+ years of experience leading or supervising a construction crew.
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Maintain high standards while staying on schedule.
- Take ownership of the jobsite from start to finish.
What We Offer
- Above-average pay based on experience (Hourly pay range from $25 - $30, DOE)
- Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with an occasional Saturday

Candidates Must Have
- Prior carpentry experience

Compensation
