Course Evaluator/Instructional Systems Designer - SHORT TERM, IMMEDIATE NEED IN GEORGIA

The Role

You will be the eyes and ears of the curriculum, ensuring training delivery remains top-tier. You’ll be responsible for conducting comprehensive course and instructor evaluations, identifying gaps in instructional delivery, and providing ISD support to refine materials in real-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design/Education from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 10 years experience as an ISD
• Strong background in evaluating instructors and complex training courses
• Ability to work a demanding 6-day weekly schedule for the duration of the project
• Sharp analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable feedback
• You must have a current Public Trust clearance or be eligible for a Public Trust
• US Citizen
