Course Coordinator
Position Details
Serve as the primary administrative and operational support for medical school courses, acting as a key liaison among students, faculty, residents, and academic leadership. Coordinate course activities, schedules, assessments, grading, and curriculum data management while ensuring compliance with academic policies, student accommodations, and FERPA requirements. and examination procedures. Provide logistical support for course delivery, maintain curriculum systems, track student progress and remediation plans, and collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a high-quality educational experience for medical students.
Minimum Qualifications (or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree and one to three years related experience required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
- Effective math and computation skills, including knowledge of Excel required.
- Effective organization and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work required.
- Ability to work independently required.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with a wide variety of people on sensitive issues required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and follow through on multiple tasks simultaneously required.
- Ability to meet deadlines required.
Desirable Qualifications
Anticipated Pay Range $25.50/hour - $27.00/hour

- This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy,
